Hi all...technically you have almost a week left to get those film submissions in (actually because we know the value of procrastination and busy schedules we are accepting films postmarked by September 1), but I wanted to let you know that we've already selected quite a few to be in our first festival. (wheh, that was a long sentence)...
As I sit in an unfortunately non-descript airport in Taipei, I am thrilled by the sheer idea of all the new films my assistant said arrived just this past week! We will be sending out 'official' letters in the next week or so, so please bear with us and know that we are giving every film our undivided attention in this selection process. Also, we will be posting film and director info, art and (ideally video) on our blogs (also check out junkenfilmfest.blogspot.com) to show off your goods!
